Modest fees, tiered to the job — on both sides.
A $500 handyman visit should not carry the same access price as a $200,000 commercial build-out. Both sides of the marketplace pay a tiered fee calibrated to the dollar value and complexity of the engagement, so the cost of running a sealed-bid window stays fair on every scale.

Fees are charged per side (the customer posting the scope and the pro posting each sealed bid) and are non-refundable once the bid window opens. Larger and bespoke engagements are quoted individually — get in touch for a tier quote.
